Walked around Tijuana without incident today. No mugging, though plenty of people had creative ways they wanted to relieve me of $20.
After walking through a number of shops and markets, and down numerous streets of people peddling their food, wares, and themselves, I have determined that, though it was interesting to do once, I have no real desire to go back.
I did intend to get some street food, and never did, but I don't thik that's enough reason to cross the border again.
