Today I drove into a new time zone. As I type this, I am in mountain time, sitting on a mountain. I will also be leaving Texas tonight or early tomorrow, depending on where I stop for the night.
Climbed two mountains today. The last one was El Capitan at Guadalupe Mountains National Park, with gale force head winds, gusting much higher. I enjoyed the hike, but when I asked the ranger how strenuous the hike was, he said moderate, and these winds upgraded it to being very strenuous. Probably didn't help that I had already climbed a mountain at Fort Davis National Park.
